GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RESERVATIONS<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Scope of Application<\/strong>
    The conditions set forth herein, as well as any specific agreements that may be made between the parties, shall govern the relationships established between AMARE TURISMO N\u00c1UTICO, S.L.<\/strong> (hereinafter \u201cthe company\u201d) and the users of the services it offers (hereinafter \u201cthe client\u201d or \u201cthe passenger\u201d).<\/p>

    In drafting these conditions, Spanish regulations and legal provisions applicable to this type of service have been taken into account, such as Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007 of November 16<\/strong>, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.<\/p>

    Passengers expressly accept the terms and conditions of the nautical services offered, and in particular those set out herein.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    1. General Characteristics of the Services<\/strong>
      2.1. The company\u2019s purpose is the provision of various nautical services.
      2.2. This website informs clients about the different services offered and marketed by the company.
      2.3. Booking and all reservation procedures will be carried out by email at info@amareturismonautico.com<\/a><\/strong> or by phone at +34 650 410 322<\/strong>.
      2.4. The availability of the services offered on this website must be verified in advance with the company through the authorized channels also listed on the website.
      2.5. A ticket is only valid for the date and time specified on it.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

      1. Price<\/strong>
        3.1. The prices of the different nautical routes offered on this website are listed at their most economical option and shall remain valid as long as they are accessible to clients. The price of requested nautical services not listed on this website will be that indicated in the estimate sent through our electronic channels.
        3.2. The price may vary depending on the number of passengers who ultimately make the trip.
        3.3. The price must be verified. Passengers will be duly informed of the applicable final rate.
        3.4. The company reserves the right to modify prices to cover possible variations in costs. Such circumstances will be communicated to all confirmed reservations. Clients may choose either to cancel their reservation without penalty or to maintain it.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

        1. Payment Methods<\/strong>
          4.1. Passengers may make their payments by bank transfer, credit card, cash, or any other means agreed upon by the parties.
          4.2. To formalize the reservation, a payment will be requested. The reservation will only be considered finalized once the payment has been made.
          4.3. If the client does not make the payment within 5 days after the reservation confirmation has been sent, the company shall have the right to cancel it and impose the corresponding management charges for the reservation.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>
